Pending availability and subject to approval, a private event includes all usable facilities on the Kaatsbaan property. Three full days and two short days (two days for load-in, one day for the event, and two days for load-out) are committed to each private event.

Rental Fee: $50,000

SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Day 1 (short): Access begins at 10 am; property closes at 6 pm
Day 2 (full): Access begins at 6 am; property closes at 9 pm
Day 3 (full, event day): Access begins at 6 am; event ends at 12 am; property closes at 2 am
Day 4 (full): Access begins at 6 am; property closes at 9 pm 
Day 5 (short): Access begins at 10 am; property closes at 6 pm

One Day 8-Hour Outdoor Rental Option: $7,500

FACILITIES

  • Studio Complex with Black Box Theater (capacity 342), a large studio (capacity 180), restrooms, dressing rooms, and a catering kitchen.  

  • The outdoor Mountain Stage is sited in a large field and comparable in size to the Metropolitan Opera Stage.  

  • The Stanford White Music Barn is over 2,200 square feet with an occupancy of 150.

  • The Dancers’ Inn has sixteen guest rooms complete with en-suite baths.

  • Artist Gatehouse features two, two-bedroom apartments, each complete with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

  • Artist Farmhouse with additional catering kitchen
